If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested online within 30 days of receiving your order. Please call 844-878-7387 or email us at the Customer Service Department info@ultimatepetbed.com

Please note that shipping on returns is  not covered by Ultimate Pet Bed. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving an RMA. Items must be returned unused and with all original tags and accessories included.

Our return policy covers manufacturer defects only. Damage incurred by pet use or other causes will not be accepted.
